As Chief Engineer, you will take command of the technical operations and maintenance for critical facilities.

The Ideal Candidate We're searching for a leader with a technical edge, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring: · · A minimum of five (5) years of recent experience as a Chief Engineer or in a related supervisory role in commercial facilities.

Hands-on expertise in: · Chillers, boilers, pumps, and heat exchangers · HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems · Life Safety Systems and Utility Services · Electrical Power Distribution and Plumbing · Other mechanical equipment fundamental to building operations EPA Universal Refrigerant License (required) Maryland 1st or 3rd, OR DC 1st or 3rd class stationary engineer license required.

Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written Strong organizational and supervisory abilities Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities As Chief Engineer, you will be entrusted with a dynamic array of responsibilities crucial to the smooth functioning of customer properties: · Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of assigned buildings, ensuring all equipment and systems run optimally.
