Food & Beverage Storperson

Using pallet trucks and safe manual handling with heavy goods, your commitment to order and safety will keep our customers and co-workers happy.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Start Date for this role will be 21st August 2026.
• Hourly rate of £14.15.
• Part time: 30 hours per week working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.

Most shifts for this role will start at 7am.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Enjoy working in an environment that is varied where you will need to switch tasks and manage a number of priorities.
• You work well as part of a team, understanding how your individual contribution enhances overall team performance.
• You approach tasks in a thorough and organized way that allows you to maintain focus even during busy periods.
• All applicants are required to be 18 years of age or older, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• The role will involve receiving, checking and storing all food deliveries.
• Maintaining all food storage areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy and stock is rotated by date.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
• Support your colleagues, pitch in and develop a positive work environment.
• Movement of stock to and from location with the use of a powered pallet truck, medical check and training will be provided.
• Working in cold environments such as outside and freezers.
• Manual handing of heavy stock to various storage locations.
• You assist other members of your team whenever you can contributing to a collaborative work environment.
