🩺 What You'll Do

As a PRN Registered Nurse, you'll:


* Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents.


* Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.


* Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.


* Respond quickly and confidently to changes in resident conditions.


* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Ohio nursing standards.

✅ Qualifications


* Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.


* Current CPR certification.


* Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills.


* Long-Term Care experience is preferred—but motivated new nurses are encouraged to apply!


* Knowledge of PCC is a Plus


* Passion for serving seniors with dignity, compassion, and respect.
