Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Product & Solutions Marketing to lead marketing efforts for our Wi‑Fi and Wired Networking portfolio.

This role will be responsible for developing messaging, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer advocacy programs that drive market awareness, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

The Director will work closely with product management, sales, field marketing, demand generation, and customer success teams to bring innovative networking solutions to market and strengthen the company's leadership position in enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

Product & Solutions Marketing Strategy


* Develop and execute product and solutions marketing plans for the Wi‑Fi and Wired Networking portfolio, aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.


* Partner with product management and sales leadership to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiation.


* Contribute market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Positioning and Messaging


* Create compelling product and solution messaging that clearly articulates customer value, business outcomes, and technical differentiation.


* Develop persona-based narratives and content for key audiences, including IT leaders, network operators, and business decision makers.


* Support thought leadership initiatives through blogs, webinars, presentations, and industry engagements.

Go-to-Market Execution


* Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and solution campaigns.


* Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, and digital marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth.


* Monitor launch performance and recommend adjustments to improve results.

Sales Enablement


* Develop sales enablement content, including presentations, battlecards, competitive positioning, customer presentations, demos, and training materials.
