Lead Performance Support Trainer Salary Range: $112,240 – $145,810

Sr.

Perf Support Trainer Salary Range: $97,580 – $126,795

Performance Support Trainer III Salary Range: $77,900 – $99,325

Overview

The Lead Performance Support Trainer advances operational excellence by architecting, developing, and implementing performance support solutions for Operations personnel and mentoring other Operations Analysis & Performance Support (OAPS) staff.

This role leverages deep industry expertise and advanced instructional design to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation in training programs.

The position partners with Operations leadership, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evolving operational needs.
