Your Role: FP&A Manager, Japan and Korea
As the FP&A Manager for Japan and Korea, you will lead all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting deliverables to drive business results and effective governance.
You will partner closely with the CFO and local leadership while overseeing deliverables from the Innovation Alliance Center (IAC) to provide data-driven insights and strategic support for the affiliate.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and prepare business plans, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans in alignment with regional and corporate processes.
* Provide financial insights and advice to the leadership team on business opportunities, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
* Oversee month-end closing processes and manage deliverables from the Innovation Alliance Center (IAC) to ensure reporting accuracy.
* Define and run local governance processes to track business decisions and results based on critical financial and non-financial KPIs.
* Partner with commercial teams to support projects focused on revenue and profitability improvements, including ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in finance within a multi-national company
* Top Skills: Strong accounting foundations (US GAAP preferred) and deep expertise in financial planning and reporting processes.

* Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions informed by data and facts.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across groups and levels.
* Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong business acumen and a passion for the Animal Health industry.
* Advanced analytical and system skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
