Duties and Responsibilities (Essential): Assists the master with vessel operations, including standing helmsman watch, and assisting with terrestrial and electronic navigation.

Assists with passenger safety, embarkation, and disembarkation.

Performs cleaning, chipping, and painting of metal surfaces, refinishing wood surfaces, and repairing fenders and mooring lines.

Handle lines during docking, mooring, and departure operations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Work is performedon floating vessels.

Must be eligible for site access and CAC if position requires.

Must be physically capable of performing all aspects of the work.

Must be able to lift sixty (60) pounds, and more than sixty (60) pounds with assistance.

Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.

This is a Drug Testing Designated Position (TDP) in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 600-85.
