Account Support Specialist

The Account Support Specialist is responsible for the administrative and operational handling of client accounts that support the account management team.

The Account Support Specialist ensures efficient fulfillment of defined client business processes identified during onboarding.

Onboarding includes, but is not limited to, enrollments, marketing materials, billing, tracking payments, system support, and generating activity reports.

The Account Support Specialist must be highly organized, detail-oriented to enhance account performance and maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements Manage the administrative and operational aspects of client accounts, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication Coordinate and manage defined business processes accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal business teams to ensure timely service and fulfillment as per the agreed terms Coordination with the accounting department, ensuring client invoicing is accurate and complies with contractual terms, and are sent in a timely manner Collaborate with the account management team to follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing issues or disputes Compile and analyze data related to client accounts, including sales performance, revenue trends, and customer satisfaction metrics, to identify opportunities for improvement Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards for account management team that track key metrics and performance indicators of client accounts Serve as a liaison between the account management team and other internal departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field 1-2 years proven experience in account support, administrative management, or a related field Strong competency in data analysis and report generation Experience with CRM systems, data management tools, and MS Office, particularly Excel Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills and proficiency in collaborating with multiple teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Must successfully complete and clear the company's comprehensive background screening process as a condition of employment About ONE Welcome to ONE!
