Work you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...


* Supporting the development and configuration of Palantir Foundry capabilities to profile legacy enterprise resource planning data and assess data quality for SAP S/4HANA migration readiness


* Identifying, analyzing, and documenting data quality issues, including completeness, consistency, validity, and duplication, to support data cleansing efforts


* Developing and maintaining data mapping logic to transform legacy data structures into target SAP S/4HANA-compatible formats


* Assisting in the design and execution of data conversion workflows to support accurate and traceable movement of data from legacy systems into the enterprise resource planning upgrade environment


* Collaborating with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to validate source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and migration assumptions


* Troubleshooting data issues during profiling, cleansing, and conversion activities and supporting remediation efforts to improve migration accuracy and data integrity
