Work you'll do

As Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation in Sales and Service, you will be responsible for:


* Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and organizational change objectives


* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state recommendations


* Develop client deliverables, including status updates, workplans, meeting materials, process documentation, and executive presentations


* Coordinate across client stakeholders and project teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items


* Contribute to workshops, assessments, and implementation activities that support enterprise and functional transformation efforts

Qualifications
Required


* Bachelor's degree


* 4+ years of experience supporting business transformation, operating model, process improvement, or technology implementation projects


* 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating findings into documented recommendations


* 2+ years of experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)


* Experience with at least 2 of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud


* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred


* Master's degree


* Experience supporting functional transformation programs


* Experience with process mapping and business requirements documentation


* Experience supporting project management office activities


* Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups


* Experience with enterprise transformation or implementation programs


* Familiarity with Agentforce and its application in Sales and Service Cloud


* Familiarity with working with an offshore development delivery model
