Cost Analyst, Strategy & Transformation

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies.

You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value.

Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting cost analysis, methodology validation, and financial reporting activities for government clients.


* Research and analyze coding and costing methodologies to align project approaches with industry benchmarks


* Standardize codes, costs, and financial data elements to support consistent reporting and comparison across data sets


* Maintain and update financial attributes to support data integrity, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy


* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate needs into analytical outputs


* Design and execute test cases to validate methodologies, results, and alignment to project objectives
