Global Program Manager Cloud & Service Provider

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced and collaborative C&SP Programme Manager to join our Digital Energy team and support the growth of our strategic Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) customers, one of our most important and fastest-growing segments.

In this global role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across complex, multi-country customer programmes, ensuring alignment between account strategy, commercial governance, customer engagement, and operational delivery.

As the central point of coordination across sales, commercial, engineering, delivery, and customer teams, you will create a seamless customer experience by implementing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and leveraging digital tools, dashboards, and playbooks to enhance visibility, accountability, and business performance.

This is a highly visible position that requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and align teams across geographies and functions.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead the operational execution of strategic customer programmes, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business priorities.


* Work closely with Sales and Account Teams to support account strategy execution and drive sustainable growth.


* Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner throughout programme delivery.


* Develop and implement digital playbooks, dashboards, and governance frameworks to drive consistency and transparency across programmes.


* Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries, ensuring readiness, alignment, and successful execution of customer initiatives.


* Drive and track strategic growth initiatives, customer projects, and continuous improvement actions.


* Lead customer reviews and business governance activities, providing insights, progress updates, and recommendations.


* Identify risks, proactively resolve issues, and escalate strategic concerns when required.


* Support country teams by ensuring they are equipped with the information, resources, and guidance needed for successful delivery.


* Promote a "One Digital Energy, One Schneider Electric" approach to deliver a consistent and customer-centric experience globally.

Your Profile



* Minimum 8 years of experience managing large, complex, multi-country programmes or strategic customer initiatives.


* Proven track record of leading cross-functional programmes in a customer-facing environment.


* Strong experience working with sales, commercial, engineering, and delivery organizations.


* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across different functions and regions.


* Strong customer engagement experience, including executive-level interactions, governance forums, and business reviews.
