Position Overview As a Rental Leasing Agent, youll be responsible for helping renters find and secure homes while maximizing occupancy for property owners.

Key Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and prospect for new tenants through various channels.Conduct property tours and showings for potential renters.Market available listings through online platforms and social media.Screen applicants and assist with rental applications.Negotiate lease terms and close deals efficiently.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and completed leases.

Qualifications Previous experience in leasing, real estate sales, or customer service.Active real estate license in the State of Ohio.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Self-driven and goal-oriented able to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of local rental market trends is a plus.Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties.
