Position Summary
The Import/Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, coordinating transportation, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation.

This role works closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods.

* Coordinate international and domestic shipments via air, ocean, rail, and ground transportation.


* Prepare and review import/export documentation including:
+ Commercial Invoices
+ Packing Lists
+ Bills of Lading
+ Certificates of Origin
+ Export Declarations
+ Customs documentation


* Ensure compliance with U.S.

Customs, international trade regulations, and company policies.


* Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate customs clearance.


* Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation delays or issues.


* Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and warehouses.


* Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.


* Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics reports.
