Project Safety Manager

Join our R&D team as a Health & Safety professional and play a vital role in creating safe, compliant work environments that enable innovation.

You'll conduct inspections, develop protocols, and lead training that protects our people and strengthens our safety culture.

What will you do?


* Perform inspections to identify electrical and mechanical hazards and implement effective control measures


* Build and enforce safety protocols that align with OSHA regulations and industry best practices


* Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and drive corrective actions


* Train teams on electrical safety, LOTO procedures, equipment handling, and emergency response protocols

* Risk Assessment - developing level; identifying hazards and implementing control measures across R&D operations


* Occupational Health and Safety Management System - developing level; building protocols that comply with OSHA and industry standards


* Incident Management - developing level; investigating accidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence


* Safety Auditing - developing level; conducting inspections and maintaining compliance records


* Project Management - developing level; coordinating safety initiatives across multiple teams and timelines
