Assistant Manager, Industrialization Quality

What will you do?


* Drive the implementation and adherence of Quality Fundamentals throughout the industrialization process


* Guide cross-functional project teams on Advanced Product Quality Planning methods and risk management


* Ensure compliance with Offer Lifecycle Management standards by collaborating with Product Engineering and Offer Creation teams


* Supervise team operations, set priorities, and lead performance management to achieve quality and delivery goals

* Industrialization Quality Preparation - intermediate level; validating process controls before launch

* Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and mitigating quality risks proactively


* Project Management - intermediate level; coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones

* Communication - intermediate level; engaging stakeholders and translating technical requirements clearly
