Key Responsibilities: -Bridge Communication: Facilitate meaningful dialogue between Spanish-speaking families, teachers, and school administrators.

-Family Engagement: Host outreach initiatives, parent meetings, and family events to help families navigate middle school resources.

-Student Advocacy: Provide cultural guidance and support to students to encourage a positive, inclusive school environment.
