Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for...


* Coordinate demand intake and business requirements gathering across ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, Vulnerability Response, and App Engine product development efforts


* Partner with product and functional leads, as well as clients, to clarify business needs and translate them into technical user stories for delivery teams


* Support backlog refinement, requirements prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across platform and product workstreams


* Provide ServiceNow platform subject matter support during broader CTP program calls and stakeholder discussions


* Help drive consistency, traceability, and quality across requirements documentation, user story development, and solution planning

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree required
