FP&A Advise Manager

Work you'll do

As an FP&A Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting transformation projects for client's finance organizations


* Driving finance transformation initiatives across planning, analytics, management reporting, and decision support processes


* Developing financial models, scenario analyses, and performance insights to support strategic and operational decisions


* Collaborating with client stakeholders to assess current-state finance processes and design scalable future-state solutions


* Supporting the implementation and adoption of data, automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities within FP&A processes

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a quantitative field


* 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, finance transformation, or business finance


* 3+ years of experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses


* 3+ years of experience with enterprise resource planning systems, enterprise performance management tools, or data visualization tools
