Think you have what it takes? Then come grow with us! About the Role: The Facility Director serves as the single on-site leader and head of the facility, with full accountability for all operational aspects.

This includes overseeing cultivation, harvest, production, processing, packaging, and finished-goods operations to deliver consistent, premium-quality cannabis products.

The role manages all department leaders and their teams, drives operational efficiency, ensures strict compliance with state regulations and company SOPs, tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs), and aligns facility performance with company-wide goals.

TheFacility Directorproactively addresses challenges,optimizesresources, and fosters a high-performance culture to meet production targets, budgets, and strategicobjectives.

How youll make a difference: Leadership & Team Development Directly supervise, coach, and develop all department managers (e.g.,cultivation, processing,packaging, inventory) and their respective teams, building a collaborative, high-performance culture across the facility.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and implement development plans to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Develop and lead comprehensive training programs to enhance skills, safety awareness, and compliance across all teams, exceeding baseline regulatory requirements where possible.

Facility & Production Oversight Oversee end-to-end operations from cultivation and harvest through processing to finished-goods packaging, ensuring seamless integration, high-quality standards, and maximum operational efficiency.
