Your Role
As a Paving Equipment Operator at CRH, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-quality construction projects.
You will:
* Operate a variety of advanced heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, and backhoes.
* Follow equipment manuals and complete daily equipment checklists to ensure safe and efficient operation.
* Work closely with your project manager and foreperson to meet daily project goals and maintain superior safety standards.
* Perform thorough pre-start inspections, track service needs, and ensure all machinery is in excellent condition.
* Coordinate with other operators onsite to optimize workflow and ensure project success.
* Keep equipment clean and well-maintained, promoting a positive image and extending equipment life.
* Adapt to new tasks and support your team as needed to keep projects moving forward.

* Dedication to safety and quality workmanship.
* Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and "Fit for Work" physical.
* Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to complete safe driver training.
* Responsible, punctual, and ready to work flexible hours when required.

* Minimum age: 18.
