* High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, MIS, or related roles.


* Experience with Windows operating systems .


* Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills that extends to all levels of the organization.


* Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information and maintain positive working relationships with diverse employee groups and external customers.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

person status.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications


* Associate degree or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field from an accredited institution.


* Training certificate or license in hardware troubleshooting.

Summary

Provide hardware support as needed and maintain/improve the caliber of the Information Systems (IS) department as directed by the IS Manager.
