Position: Full-Time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)

Compensation:


* $65-$70 per hour , based on experience

Responsibilities:


* Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide occupational therapy services to residents


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards


* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs

Qualifications:


* Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license


* Current state licensure in good standing


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
