Your Role: Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full life cycle recruiting for highly specialized Research and Development roles across scientific, technical, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and product development functions.
You will be a member of our US recruiting team and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders across the business, helping them define talent needs, evaluate candidate markets, and make informed hiring decisions.
You will develop targeted recruiting strategies for complex and hard-to-fill positions, promote consistent recruitment processes, and effectively leverage technology, data, and AI advancements to improve sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruiting efficiency.
This is a fixed duration appointment for two years, with opportunity to extend as business needs require.
Your Responsibilities:
* Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and role calibration through sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and hiring, while partnering closely with hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Develop and execute targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract highly specialized scientific, technical, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and product development talent; collaborate with Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcers and external partners when additional market support is needed.
* Promote Elanco’s employer brand by clearly communicating the company’s purpose, R&D strategy, scientific opportunities, and the impact each role has on animal health innovation.
* Provide hiring leaders with candidate market intelligence, talent availability, compensation insights, competitive hiring trends, and realistic search expectations for complex and hard-to-fill roles.
* Optimize and standardize recruitment processes; educate and influence hiring leaders; and guide continuous improvement using key metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate engagement, interview progress, and hiring manager satisfaction.
