Leading the transition from commissioning and ramp-up through to operational maturity, you will have a rare opportunity to influence both the immediate success and long-term future of the operation.

This role offers you the opportunity to:

Located at our Wagerup Refinery this role will require occasional travel and attendance in Perth to support collaboration with the project team, particularly in the initial stages of the project.

What you can bring to the role


* Tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.


* Strong process operations knowledge, ideally gained in hydrometallurgical, refining, precious metals, chemical processing or related industries.


* Extensive leadership experience within smaller-scale processing, chemical manufacturing or metallurgical operations, including the commissioning, start-up, ramp-up of such operations.


* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, engineering, maintenance and technical functions.
