As an Oracle Time and Labor Senior Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for...

Qualifications

Required:


* 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 2 full life cycle implementations


* 4+ years strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in one or more of the following modules: Time and Labor (US)


* 4+ years experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required


* Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:


* Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s)


* Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Modules for additional countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Aust...
