What You'll Be Doing


* Helping residents with daily activities while preserving their dignity and independence


* Providing compassionate, hands-on care


* Being a friendly face, a listening ear, and occasionally a resident's favorite person


* Working closely with nurses and teammates to ensure excellent resident care


* Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions


* Creating meaningful moments that make a real difference
