Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specificationsUse Ford-approved diagnostic tools and service equipmentConduct multipoint inspections and communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needsAccurately complete repair orders and warranty documentationMaintain current knowledge of Ford technical bulletins and service proceduresEnsure all work meets dealership quality and safety standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area Preferred Qualifications Ford OEM training and certificationsExperience with Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic systemsASE CertificationsHybrid and electric vehicle service experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and certifications)Performance-based bonusesHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOngoing Ford factory trainingEmployee vehicle purchase discounts Lamarque Crescent Fordis committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
