Product Delivery [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Formulate execution strategies and propose innovative approaches to implement new regulations and model changes.

Develop and assist with the execution of capital implementations.

Serve as key coordinator point for Credit Risk initiatives.

Collaborate with functional teams and technology groups to gather requirements and execute project plan to completion ensuring high quality delivery in line with regulatory and business requirements.

Assist with oversight of production and submission of quantitative impact studies (QIS) for regulatory agencies including Federal Reserve Board (FRB), Financial Stability Forum (FSF), and International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA).

Document and deliver comprehensive, high quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.

Prepare detailed test cases and expected results and perform Functional and User Acceptance Testing.

Identify project benefits and establish project success criteria.

Track key milestones and highlight key risks, issues, and dependencies on specific items.

Drive change control and configuration management processes.

Adhere to delivery schedule.

Liaise with project contacts to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.

Communicate and liaise with Program Sponsors and Senior Stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Financial Reporting Project Manager, Financial Reporting Analyst, Capital Structure Analyst, or related occupation.

The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Financial Reporting Project Manager, Financial Reporting Analyst, Capital Structure Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: utilizing Basel III Finalization and related U.S.

and EMEA regulations including US B3E Regulation, EU Capital Requirements Regulation, and UK Prudential Regulation Authority 3.1 to estimate impacts on Risk Weighted Assets and Capital; interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements, including Basel III Endgame changes, clarifications, and additions to the existing rules; translating regulatory guidelines into business and technology specifications to enable build out of automated strategic solutions documented in Word and Confluence; utilizing analysis and pattern recognition to review and compare calculation results to attribute impacts to rules including B3E regulation for determining Risk Weights and to identify, assess, and resolve data-related issues impacting regulatory calculations a...
