Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and work alongside Firestopping crews in the field.Plan daily work, coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.Review project drawings, specifications, and firestop details before work begins.Ensure installations meet UL-listed systems, manufacturer requirements, Engineering Judgments (EJs), and applicable codes.Perform quality inspections and resolve installation issues.Train, mentor, and develop Firestopping Installers on proper installation techniques and safety practices.Promote and enforce OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and Kinzler safety standards.Maintain inventory of firestop materials, tools, and equipment.Complete work order reviews, payroll approvals, and required documentation.Communicate with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure project success.Support continuous improvement while modeling Kinzler's Core Values.
