Position Summary As a Repossession Agent, you will operate independently in the field locating and securing vehicles on behalf of our lending clients.

Agents are equipped with company-provided trucks, proprietary technology tools, and the support of Uniteds internal operations team to maximize performance and earning potential.

This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

No prior repossession experience is required.

We hire for attitude and work ethic, then provide the training needed for success.

Training Program All newly hired Repossession Agents complete an intensive five-day training program at Uniteds corporate headquarters in Memphis.

Travel, lodging, and meals are fully covered by the company.
