Outside Sales Representative/Franciscus

The Outside Sales Representative / Roofing Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth through residential and/or commercial roofing sales by generating leads, conducting inspections, developing estimates, and guiding customers through the roofing process from initial contact to project completion.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers while representing the Company's People-First culture, safety standards, and commitment to exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-sources leads Conduct on-site roof inspections and assess repair or replacement needs Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and insurance processes Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals Work with insurance adjusters as applicable to support claims Close sales and meet or exceed individual sales and margin goals Partner with Production and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate documentation in CRM/HRIS systems Provide consistent communication and follow-up with customers Adhere to all safety, licensing, and compliance requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of outside sales experience (roofing or construction preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs in varying weather conditions
