Quality Assurance Program Lead

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Overview

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Principal QA Engineer / Software QA Lead (Individual Contributor) (officially titled Expert, Process Quality Lead) to help shape how testing and quality processes operate across a high-impact digital transformation program.

In this role, you won't be executing tests; instead, you'll focus on making testing work better at scale.

You'll bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how teams plan, coordinate, and improve testing across complex environments.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role where you'll partner with both business and technology teams to streamline testing cycles, strengthen documentation and governance, and drive continuous improvement in quality outcomes.
