Summary :Removes residue, blemishes, corrosion, and similar defects from interior of injection molds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Inspect interior surfaces of molds to locate pits and holes.

Clean, disassemble, assemble and maintain molds when necessary.Position molds for work.

Repair defects and smooth interior of mold.Drill and tap holes, thread shafts and perform simple milling operations.
