Key Responsibilities



* Lead all aspects of asphalt manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient environment.



* Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure strict compliance with all safety practices and regulations.



* Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production goals and quality standards.



* Deliver world-class customer service and timely scheduling for both internal and external clients.



* Oversee budgeting, production planning, staffing, and maintenance activities.



* Manage production teams, optimize equipment and facility usage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.



* Analyze operational and financial reports to maximize plant profitability.



* Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage procurement within budget parameters.



* Ensure accurate inventory management and collaborate with the accounting department.



* Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.



* Maintain environmental compliance and fulfill all reporting requirements.



* Coordinate with other business units to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
