Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Youth Specialist is responsible for the care and supervision of children and youth placed at the Receiving Center.

Major responsibilities include providing care and supervision of youth, completing youth screenings, implementing a youth's service and safety plans, working one-on-one with youth utilizing interventions in support of identified behaviors, medication administration, documentation, transporting youth, liaison with public health nurse and county social workers, and maintaining the center site
