East Bay Wrap is a program designed to support youth and their families using an evidence-based model that is family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive and community based.

The Fred Finch East Bay Wrap program is seeking BBS registered clinicians to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence based wraparound services to children and youth ages 6-22 years.

As part of the East Bay Wrap program, you will make a difference in the lives of youth and their families, gain hours towards licensure while becoming trained in specific clinical modalities, learn medical documentation standards while having multiple avenues for professional growth.

Join our team as: Mental Health Therapist What You Will Do Under administrative and clinical supervision (Mental Health Therapist I) or consultation and direction (Mental Health Therapist II), provides behavioral health clinical intervention and recovery services to assigned participants and their families; develops treatment plans and performs individual, group, and family therapy , routine and emergency assessment, crisis intervention, and related treatment services; manages an assigned caseload of children, youth and/or young adult participants; provides consultation to other staff, programs, and agencies related to treatment needs and plans; and performs related duties as assigned.

Shifts Available Full Time M-F 9 am- 5:30 pm Salary Range In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is between $$70,074.00- $89,434.15 annually.

The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Amazing Benefits: 21 PTO Days per year 9 Nationally Observed Holidays 401k matching up to 6% Affordable monthly health care premiums: What You Bring to The Table (requirements): Education: Mental Health Therapist I - II: Masters degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field; and Experience: Mental Health Therapist I: One (1) year of internship experience providing mental health services in a behavioral health, clinic, residential, school-based, or community-based setting for children, youth, or young adults.

Mental Health Therapist II: Two (2) years of post-masters experience providing professional mental health services in a behavioral health, clinic, residential, school-based, or community-based setting for children, youth, or young adults.

Licenses and Certifications: Possession of a valid California Drivers License, a satisfactory driving record, and a properly registered and insured vehicle, to be maintained throughout employment.
