Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy


* Serve as the technical architect and primary SME for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.


* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.

Solution Delivery


* Lead the design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.


* Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.

Operations & Technical Leadership


* Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.


* Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices.

Continuous Improvement


* Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.

Education and Experience:


* Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.


* Provan tracj record of completing multiple Workday integration projects


* Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US)

Preferred:


* Workday Pro certifications.


* Payroll/time tracking integration experience.

Knowledge and Skills:


* In-depth understanding of object oriented architecture


* In-depth knowledge of HR system (Workday)


* Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.


* Exceptional analytic skills and capabilities.


* Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs.


* Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
