Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Medical Records Specialist to join our amazing team! If you're passionate about accuracy, teamwork, and helping provide exceptional care to our residents, we'd love to meet you! 🌟
✨ What You'll Do
πŸ“‹ Maintain and organize resident medical records
πŸ“‚ Ensure charts are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal regulations
πŸ’» Enter and update resident information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
πŸ“ž Communicate with physicians, hospitals, families, and staff regarding medical record requests
πŸ”’ Protect resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
πŸ“‘ Prepare records for admissions, discharges, audits, and surveys
🀝 Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care

🎯 What We're Looking For

βœ… Previous medical records or healthcare office experience preferred
βœ… Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus
βœ… Strong computer and organizational skills
βœ… Excellent attention to detail and time management
βœ… Friendly, professional attitude with outstanding communication skills
βœ… Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
