Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Medical Records Specialist to join our amazing team! If you're passionate about accuracy, teamwork, and helping provide exceptional care to our residents, we'd love to meet you! 🌟
✨ What You'll Do
📋 Maintain and organize resident medical records
📂 Ensure charts are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal regulations
💻 Enter and update resident information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
📞 Communicate with physicians, hospitals, families, and staff regarding medical record requests
🔒 Protect resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
📑 Prepare records for admissions, discharges, audits, and surveys
🤝 Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care

🎯 What We're Looking For

✅ Previous medical records or healthcare office experience preferred
✅ Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus
✅ Strong computer and organizational skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and time management
✅ Friendly, professional attitude with outstanding communication skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
