Essential Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the well-being of all children enrolled in Childcare, ages 8 weeks to 3 years oldCreate and implement engaging age-appropriate activities including art, story time, games, and outdoor playResponsible for the personal needs of the children including feeding, sleeping, and diapering Interact with all children and families with a friendly and open demeanorCreate a warm, friendly, and cooperative environment in which children and families feel comfortable and secureMaintain clean, sanitized, and disinfected childcare areas throughout the day and complete the end-of-day resetAssist with other areas of Snowsports School operations as neededInitiates contact and greet guests in a friendly, helpful, and respectful mannerMaintain open contact with parents regarding child's well-being and provide detailed reports to parents at end of dayListens to guests' needs and concerns.
