We have a great opportunity as “Regional Ocean Reefer Manager” responsible for the function at the Country level, as well as coordinating activities across the LATAM region

What will be your impact in this role?

The Regional Ocean Reefer Manager is responsible for develop and execute the regional Ocean Reefer strategy to drive profitable growth, enhance market competitiveness, and ensure operational excellence across refrigerated ocean freight services.

Leads the Ocean Reefer product strategy by driving commercial growth, supporting customer onboarding, optimizing profitability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class cold-chain solutions.

What are you going to do in this position?


* Define and execute the regional Ocean Reefer product strategy.


* Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within target sectors.


* Ensure operational excellence and cold-chain service reliability.


* Lead customer onboarding and support retention of strategic accounts.


* Manage forecasting, sales planning, and financial performance.


* Identify and mitigate profit leakage opportunities.


* Drive sales pipeline development and RFQ/QBR success rates.


* Engage Sector Heads, Key Account Managers, and commercial teams to expand reefer opportunities.


* Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.


* Provide market intelligence and product expertise to support business growth and innovation.

What can you stand for this role?


* Experience for 10 years in in Cold Chain logistics for Perishables


* Knowledge in product management, business development, and customer relationship management is essential.


* Bachelor’s degree or higher


* High level of English


* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong numerical and analytical skills
