New Hire Paperwork Processor
The NHP Processing Associate supports the accurate and compliant onboarding of new PCA/Workers by reviewing and processing New Hire Packets (NHPs) received from the Document Review & Verification (DRV) Department and initiating E‑Verify once packets are cleared by DRV.
In this role, the Associate ensures that all required documentation is complete, all web‑based program checks and E-Verify checks are successfully verified, and all NHP and orientation data is entered with accuracy and within established service‑level agreements (SLAs).
The Associate follows established procedures and program‑specific “Good to Go” rules to confirm hire eligibility, completes all activation steps, and supports efficient onboarding workflows.
While the role includes processing required paperwork, supporting SDP‑related documentation, and validating system‑generated enrollment data, the current broad language is intentionally designed to encompass both present and future processes.
By ensuring clean handoffs across internal teams, this position plays a key role in supporting a smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding experience.
