Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions.

Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.

Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications.

Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.


* Epic Willow support analyst with on call responsibilities during US business hours

Qualifications

Required


* Current Epic Certification in Willow


* 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience.


* Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support


* Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.


* Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.


* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
