Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the GPS Enterprise Performance-Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:


* Analyzing logistics and maintenance operations, business processes, and system landscapes to identify gaps, dependencies, reconciliation issues, and opportunities for improvement


* Gathering and documenting business, operational, and technical requirements and translating ambiguous needs into process, data, and integration designs


* Designing logical data models, source-to-target mappings, data-quality rules, and reconciliation frameworks to support integrated operational reporting and decision-making


* Developing, integrating, testing, and supporting machine-learning and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and enterprise, cloud, or big-data environments


* Building or overseeing data pipelines, transformations, dashboards, and analytical products that improve operational visibility and technology-enabled outcomes


* Leading workstreams and delivering project artifacts while collaborating across Deloitte and client teams to support delivery, solution development, and coaching of junior practitioners
