Work you'll do

As a Manager on the SAP team, you will lead clients through SAP-enabled business transformations, overseeing solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team performance across the implementation lifecycle.


* Lead SAP PP engagements from current-state assessment through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.



* Advise clients on SAP PP solution design by translating business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and system specifications.



* Drive integrated, cross-functional delivery by coordinating with teams across SAP and business workstreams.



* Build client relationships, facilitate decisions with stakeholders, and manage risks, issues, and delivery priorities.



* Support business development activities, including pursuits, proposals, estimates, and solution shaping for prospective clients.



* Coach practitioners, contribute to practice development, and help develop assets and accelerators that improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required


* Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree plus 10 years of professional work experience.



* 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in consulting, industry, or both, including 3+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP).
