What You'll Do

As a Tax Consultant II, focused on project management, you will support project teams in planning and executing technology and transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for assigned activities and deliverables, track progress, identify issues, and escalate risks when appropriate.

Responsibilities:


* Support planning and execution of tax technology and transformation workstreams.


* Track assigned tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to support on-time execution.


* Assist with requirements gathering, meeting preparation, and project coordination.


* Maintain project plans, action logs, status trackers, and other delivery documentation.


* Coordinate inputs across business, technology, and project stakeholders.


* Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up responsibilities.


* Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and delivery obstacles as needed.


* Prepare status updates, dashboards, presentations, and leadership-ready project materials.

Qualifications

Required:


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week.


* Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


* 1+ years of experience in project coordination, technology delivery, business analysis or a similar environment.


* Demonstrated experience supporting technology, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.


* Proven ability to prepare clear project documentation, status updates, and presentation materials.
