We are seeking a Senior Accountant to add to our accounting and finance team.

The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for performing Accounting, Inventory Cost Accounting, General Ledger and/or Fixed Asset functions with a high level of discretion and independent judgement.

They will be involved in a variety of tasks including maintenance of accounting databases, preparation of financial statements and reports, and assisting with the year-end financial audit.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare and review accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with government regulations & GAAP standards.

Conduct monthly state sales tax reports and process payments.

Oversee and handle General Ledger & Fixed Asset operations with minimal oversight, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

Execute timely month-end close processes including revenue cycle, purchasing cycle with accruals, fixed assets, fleet reporting and compliance, and inventory reconciliation.

Conduct additional analysis and accounting research as needed Maintain reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and selected expense accounts.

Draft and recommend accounting entries as needed.

Assist with the year-end financial audit.

Collaborate cross-functionally in financial and budgeting reporting.

Assist in preparation of annual budget.
