Bell and Valet welcome all guests promptly with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to provide a great first impression.

Bell and Valet are responsible for unloading luggage and equipment from guest vehicles/shuttle, delivering or storing luggage, and storing all equipment (skis, bikes, etc.) as well as transporting guest vehicles safely to and from the appropriate parking areas, as assigned.

Bell and Valet will provide transportation for guests using a company vehicle, and will also valet guest vehicles, therefore a driver's license and impeccable driving record are required.

Bell and Valet perform room deliveries upon request and respond to other guest requests and concerns.

Must possess great guest service and problem-solving skills.

Upon departure, Bell and Valet collect luggage and escort guests to their vehicle, loading all equipment and luggage into the guest's vehicle.
