Maintenance Technician Job Title:Maintenance Technician Location:Sevierville, Tennessee Employee Type:Full-Time, Non-Exempt Schedule:5 days, between 8:00 a.m.

Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and property inspections across our short-term rental portfolio.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring each property is guest-ready, safe, and maintained to high standards.
