Higher Control (HICON) SME (Senior)

Position Overview Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc.

(SS&T) is seeking a Higher Control (HICON) SME to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7).

The HICON SME provides subject matter expertise in U.S.

Government and Joint Staff functions and processes to support the replication of higher headquarters and non-participating organizations during joint exercises and other-directed events.

The selected candidate will develop and synchronize realistic higher control products and processes to support exercise objectives and provide an accurate decision-making environment for training audiences.

Security Clearance Requirements This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material.

All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work.
